Okay, friends. I am three weeks into my detox diet with one week left to go. I’m in the final stretch and I’m walking around 4 pounds lighter and “whole foods” smarter. Along the way, I have gained nuggets of wisdom from my readers, so thank you for your comments.
Over the past few weeks, I have shared a few of my “whole foods” recipes. I’m looking for some new ones, so now it’s your turn. Tonight, through Friday evening, submit your favorite whole foods recipe. If you don’t have one, go find one. It doesn’t have to be an original recipe, it just has to follow the rules of my detox diet (here).
